How to read the BTCUSDT 24h change
The 24h change shows how far the futures market moved over the rolling daily window. A large positive or negative value can mean momentum, volatility, forced positioning, news reaction, or thin liquidity. It is not a long or short instruction. For grid bot research, compare the move with the 24h high and low, the current funding rate, and the chart structure on a separate charting tool.
If the market sits near the top or bottom of its daily range, manual risk planning matters more. A grid can collect small cycles only if the range, stops, liquidation distance, fees, and funding cost make sense together. Use this page as a first research snapshot, then validate the setup manually.

Funding rate explanation
Funding is the periodic payment between long and short futures positions. Positive funding usually means longs pay shorts, while negative funding usually means shorts pay longs. Extreme funding can persist and can materially change a grid result, so estimate funding before planning a scenario.
Volume and liquidity explanation
Quote volume helps you compare market activity across symbols. Higher volume often means tighter execution conditions, but it does not remove liquidation, gap, funding, or exchange risk. Check spreads, order book depth, regional availability, and fees on the exchange itself.
Grid bot research checklist
Confirm the range, grid count, capital allocation, leverage, stop prices, liquidation distance, fees, funding assumptions, and maximum possible loss. Then compare the same symbol on charts and across exchanges before any manual decision.
